Welcome to The Porch Coaching & Consulting! I’m Dennis Gulley, and my mission is to empower leaders to excel in their calling while fostering healthy, high-performing teams and organizations.

With over 35 years of leadership experience, I’ve had the privilege of serving in diverse roles across North America, Central America, Europe, and Africa. From executive coaching to team building, conflict resolution, and nonprofit consulting, I’ve worked with leaders in all sectors to help them unlock their potential and lead from a place of strength and health.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Every leader, team, and organization is different, which is why I create tailor-made coaching and consulting sessions designed to meet your specific needs and goals. My conversational style is engaging, encouraging, and collaborative, but also designed to challenge you to grow and rethink key aspects of leadership, teamwork, and personal development.

I’m a husband to Joanne, a proud father to five daughters, and a “Gramps” to five wonderful grandchildren. We live in Leduc, Alberta, where I also serve as a District Coach for the Baptist General Conference. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and investing in my local community.
